About Diana: Diana Yu is an active aging advocate who’s been leading Zumba Gold for over 13 years. As a retired public health professional, she now "walks the talk"—sharing her passion for dance and wellness with people of all ages and abilities. Zumba Gold®️ is low-impact, easy to follow, and takes you on a global dance journey in just 60 minutes. All are welcome, including folks who prefer to participate while seated!
