HOW TO RESERVE

Once we receive your request, we will reach out to you within 3 business regarding your facility rental. The ASHHO Cultural Community Center rooms can be booked up to 12 months in advance.

FACILITY RENTAL FAQ

  • The ASHHO Cultural Community Center is designed to allow the full participation and enjoyment of people with physical disabilities. The center is ADA compliant.

  • Organizations must notify the ASHHO Cultural Community Center 60 business days before the scheduled date of an event to receive a refund.

  • Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the ASHHO Cultural Community Center.

    Requests for the use of alcohol must be made during the reservation process. A banquet permit is required for any event serving alcohol. Non-Profit organizations wishing to sell alcohol at a fundraiser will need a Special Occasion License from the state. No alcoholic beverage shall be served to any person under 21 years of age. Injuries caused to or by any person because of alcoholic beverages being served or consumed at the ASHHO Cultural Community Center shall be the sole responsibility of the organization, its sponsor and/or adult representative.

  • Groups composed of minors shall be supervised by one adult, 18 years of older, per 20 minors at all time while using the ASHHO Cultural Community Center. Contract must be signed by the person supervising the group.

  • Any decorations or other alterations to the ASHHO Cultural Community Center will need prior approval. No confetti, rice or bubble machine are allowed in the center. No tape, staples, thumbtacks, nails or any kind of adhesives may be used on the wall surface, woodwork or ceiling tile. Use gaffer tape only when taping cords to the floor. The use of candles outside of glass encasement must be approved.

  • The organization or person using the ASHHO Cultural Community Center should bring necessary event/meeting and staff to support their events.

  • The organization or person accepts the condition of the space "as is" and assumes all risk and responsibility for their event and event attendees. The organization or person shall assume all risk and responsibility for the actions of the organization and anyone attending the organization’s event on the ASHHO Cultural Community Center property including our building, parking lot and facilities.

  • Comfort Catering, located at the ASHHO Cultural Community Center, can provide food and beverage for your event. If you use Comfort Catering no cleaning fee will be applied on the room rental. Learn more about catering here. If you choose to bring in outside food a $250 cleaning fee will be applied to the room rental. No pork products are allowed in the ASHHO Cultural Community Center.

  • Organizations and people using the ASHHO Cultural Community Center are responsible for the proper use and care of the facility. The organization or person will be liable for the replacement cost of any property which is damaged, destroyed or lost. Organization or person is responsible for cleaning up and restoring the ASHHO Cultural Community Center immediately after usage to the same condition provided to the organization prior to its use. In the event the organization or person does not comply with this term of use, ASHHO Cultural Community Center reserves the right to charge the organization for, and the organization agrees to pay for, any cleaning costs required to restore The ASHHO Cultural Community Center to the same condition provided to the organization prior to its use.

  • The organization or person using the ASHHO Cultural Community Center is solely responsible for the security of its personal belongings and those of any attendees on ASHHO Cultural Community Center property.

  • Smoking and vaping in designated area by the trash cans.

  • ASHHO Cultural Community Center provides complementary wifi during your event rental
